As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

๐ขDevelop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive store sales.
๐ขRecruit, train, and develop store employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
๐ขNegotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive deals and maintain strong business relationships.
๐ขAllocate budgets and manage store finances to optimize profitability.
๐ขAnalyze sales reports and customer feedback to implement improvements in customer satisfaction.
๐ขPlan and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and attract new customers.
๐ขEnsure high standards of store presentation, product quality, and customer service.
๐ขMonitor market trends and competitor strategies, adjusting business plans accordingly.
