Men!! do not benefit from marriage!!!

1. He is 72 years old.

2. He has retired from active service.

3. He worked all his life to raise his children.

4. He deprived himself of life's pleasures to pay for expensive school fees and living expenses for his children abroad.

5. They are now well-off in Europe, Australia, and America.

6. His wife, aged 62, has relocated to live with their children.

7. He remains alone back in Nigeria.

8. His children barely call him.

9. He has to start life all over again as a bachelor.

10. He struggles with high blood pressure and other ailments associated with old age.

11. How much longer will he survive alone?

12. This is the reality for most working-class monogamous men: their old age is often lonely and, in many cases, sad.

13. No matter how good the man is, women tend to love their children more than their husbands. The older he gets, the less use they seem to have for him.

14. So, what do men truly benefit from marriage?

15. They sacrifice so much but receive little recognition for their hard work, while the woman seems to reap all the benefits.

It’s a man’s world they said but for the women and children in reality.

Dear men, this could be your situation in the next few decades. What are you doing about it?

What is your retirement plan?

Care for your self as much as you fend for your family. Love yourself. Plan for your tomorrow when you are weak to work

God bless you.

Abdulmumuni Abiola, one of the sons of the late MKO, has vowed never to forgive his elder brother, Kola.

He accused Kola of refusing to give Abiola’s children their inheritance despite carrying out blood tests.

Abdulmumuni said Abiola willed £650,000 to his first four wives, but Kola refused to release the money to them.

Featuring on ‘Mic On Podcast’ hosted by Seun Okinbaloye, on Saturday, Abdulmumuni said: “Let me give you some background on that.

“We did blood tests so we had a list of qualifying children. If you look at the will and you see how systematic it is, he names the wives and he apportions the money to them.

“I would like to give you some information on that. My mum was number two (Kudirat Olayinka Abiola). I think she was apportioned £150,000.

“At the time, Kola had sighted the fact that my mum died before my dad died, and because of that, British law would not allow him to release the £150,000 to us.

“He also said that his mum too is dead and he didn’t get the £300,000 for his mother. But you are the one sharing the money, so it’s odd…If he wanted to, he could have given us the money.

“Not to mention my mum’s apartment in the UK, before we knew anything, Kola had sold it without telling my brothers or my sister anything about it.

ZIMBABWEAN MAN MARRIES HIS OWN MOTHER AFTER IMPREGNATING HER

The Zimbabwean woman and her son claim to be in love with each other and they decided to take their relationship to the next level and get married considering that the mother, Betty Mbereko (from Mwenezi in Masvingo) is now six months pregnant and expecting her son’s child, and her grandchild.

Mbereko, 40, has been a widow for the past 12 years and has been living with her 23-years-old son Farai Mbereko.

She confirmed that she is six months pregnant and that she has decided it is better to “marry” her son because she does not want to marry her late husband’s young brothers, whom she says are coveting her.

Betty stunned a village court last week when she said the affair with her son had begun three years earlier.

She said after spending a lot of money sending Farai to school following the death of her husband, she felt she had a right to his money and no other woman was entitled to it.

“Look, I struggled alone to send my son to school and no one helped me. Now you see that my son is working and you accuse me of doing something wrong.

“Let me enjoy the products of my sweat,” she told the village court council.

Farai said he was more than prepared to marry his mother and would pay off the lobola balance his father had left unpaid to his grandparents.

“I know my father died before he finished paying the bride price and I am prepared to pay it off,” he said.

“It is better to publicise what is happening because people should know that I am the one who made my mother pregnant.Otherwise they will accuse her of promiscuity.”

But local headman Nathan Muputirwa says: “We cannot allow this to happen in our village, mashura chaiwo aya, (This is a bad omen indeed). In the past they would have to be killed but today we cannot do it because we are afraid of the police.”

He warned them to immediately break off their marriage or leave his village. They chose the latter and have since left the village for an undisclosed destination.

"The Effective Executive." by Peter F. Drucker

Provides timeless advice on how to enhance executive effectiveness and productivity.

Here are ten practical hacks from the book:

1. Focus on Results: Concentrate on outcomes rather than activities. Measure your success by the results you achieve and prioritize tasks that have a significant impact.

2. Manage Your Time: Use time effectively by identifying and eliminating time-wasting activities. Prioritize high-impact tasks and delegate or delegate lower-priority work.

3. Set Clear Goals: Establish clear and specific goals for yourself and your team. Goals should be challenging yet attainable and aligned with the organization’s objectives.

4. Delegate Effectively: Delegate tasks to others based on their strengths and expertise. Ensure that the delegated tasks are clearly defined and provide the necessary resources and authority.

5. Make Decisions Based on Facts: Base decisions on objective data and factual information rather than assumptions or intuition. Use analysis to guide your choices and minimize risks.

6. Manage Priorities: Focus on what’s most important by differentiating between urgent and important tasks. Address high-priority tasks that contribute to your goals and long-term success.

7. Develop People: Invest in the development of your team members. Provide them with opportunities for growth and encourage them to take on challenging assignments.

8. Concentrate on Strengths: Identify and leverage your own strengths and the strengths of your team. Align tasks and responsibilities with individual strengths to maximize effectiveness.

9. Embrace Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and improve your
processes and practices. Seek feedback and be open to change to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

10. Practice Self-Discipline: Maintain discipline in managing your time, tasks, and
personal habits. Consistent self-discipline helps maintain focus and achieve long-term goals.

These hacks focus on optimizing productivity, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness, key principles outlined in The Effective Executive.
