Backed entirely by VicScreen, this vital collaboration provides unique opportunities across a spectrum of above and below the line production specialties including directing, writing, production, postproduction, art department, accounting, sound, lighting, and grips, to gain experience on one of Australia’s most iconic and dynamic productions. LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION....Neighbours will commence filming on its next chapter on April 17. Neighbours will continue to be broadcast in Australia on Channel 10 , the home for Neighbours for over three decades. Network 10 will retain first-run rights in Australia and episodes will be available ad free on Prime Video in Australia seven days later. The series will premiere for free, exclusively on Freevee in the UK and U.S.

Vale Brian Walsh. It's a sad day for the television industry, losing one of its creative icons who brought to life some of the most ground-breaking and much-loved productions now screening across the globe. A colleague and friend of many at Fremantle who worked across numerous programs that Brian made possible - Neighbours, Wentworth, Picnic at Hanging Rock, Grand Designs Australia and many more. He will be greatly missed - but his legacy will live on. Our condolences to Brian's family and friends.

Opening night nerves at the Opera House | Inside The Sydney Opera House

The third and final episode of Inside the Sydney Opera House airs on the ABC this Sunday at 7.30pm. It's an emotional climax to our series with the dramatic build-up to the concert hall's big re-opening night. In a busy episode, you'll meet the wonderful Bangarra Dance Theatre and hear how the Sydney Symphony Orchestra gets to grips with the new concert hall. We also learn about the seawater-driven air conditioning system, discover what a protein spill is, and hear of one performer's unusual dressing room request, as well as take an emotional dive into the famous Coburn Tapestries.
