Ivolve Studios Design - Case Study (Wavelength - Coffs Harbour)
Not many Arch Viz companies can say they are amongst one of the longest serving studios in Australia, or globally, as we have been producing the high quality imagery for 23 years. Over that time we have worked on thousands of projects. But very few clients know that not only do we produce the CGI's, Animations and Virtual Reality but when the opportunity presents, we can also assist with the design of spaces (exterior/interior) specifically for the production of marketing imagery and animations.
Wavelength at Coffs Harbour is our latest collaboration with our good friends at Urbancom. This is the 3rd development whereby the client has entrusted us with the design and development of the interiors for the purpose of creating marketing material for the sale of luxury apartments.
For this development we produced a series of CGI's, then a Panorama Tour of the apartments. From there we've partnered with EnvisionVR to create a mobile Virtual Reality experience. Suffice to say, the buyers were completely blown away and sales are being made. In fact I'm not sure if there's anything left to buy!!!
