This week we catch up with the incredible Golam Moula!
Golam works in the field of rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy, currently working at a national level Indian Organisation - the Asha Bhavan Centre. He manages the LEAP CP randomised controlled trial of Early Intervention for infants with cerebral palsy in collaboration with the University of Queensland and is managing the ongoing implementation of the LEAP CP Program.
LEAP-CP stands for Learning through Everyday Activities with Parents, an early detection and intervention program that adapts the international clinical practice guideline for early detection and intervention in CP for low and middle income countries.
An episode that was almost lost to time - we have re-mastered the audio and it is an incredible insight into research and clinical work in India, along with an insight into our own Olympic dreams 😉
We hope you enjoy!

🤔 Did you miss any of our episodes from EACD Bruges 2024? 🇧🇪
We have a handy summary episode, highlighting the amazing guests we had on the pod this year!
From keynote speakers to award winners, to interviews with Professor Bernard Dan and Marco Konings - it was our great privilege to spend time interviewing incredible people changing the paediatric landscape and with it the community that we are a part of!
A huge thank you to the organising team that provided us with a backstage room for the podcast, the Bruges Concert Hall team that were so very helpful in guiding guests to the studio and Marco and the team for their help in co-ordinating the interviews. 🥰
The ResearchWorks team continues to do this without sponsorship or advertising to ensure the independence and integrity of the podcast. As a resource tool for knowledge translation, no guest was paid for their episode and the interviews are a true reflection of a community of researchers keen to spread evidence practices without external influence.
We look forward to seeing everyone again in 2025 at EACD / IAACD 2025 in Heidelberg , Germany! 🇩🇪
