Nothing hits harder than when your little one tells you she misses you before you’ve even left.

Yesterday, my stepdaughter tugged at my heart when she said she missed us just before dropping her off at her mum’s house. It’s one of those moments that make heading back to work for the next 12 days feel that much tougher.

FIFO life has its perks, but there’s no getting around how much it makes you miss out on your kids’ lives—and how they’re missing you, too.

Here’s to all the parents out there feeling the distance. ❤️

Today is the last chapter of being 25 for me

This last 12 months have been trying and some of the worst and some of my best all at the same time!

- Had no job for a small period of time
- Left 2 jobs and got new ones
- Got my heartbroken 💔
- Raced and crashed my racecar 😬
- Played a lot with Mia
- Went home for Christmas for the first time in 3 years
- Traveled the Nullarbor 3 times
- Someone hit my Subaru and didn’t stop
- Had to move houses
- Mia now lives with my parents
- Took multiple flights
- FaceTime Mia at least once a week
- Spent quality time with friends and family
- Found my Soulmate
- Become a Step Mum
- Gained extra family to love
- Lost friends, gained friends and probably enemies too 🙈
- Cried lots! - happy and sad tears
- Quit my online business but didn’t stop learning
- Restarted my online business and more determination than ever!

And that’s just a small amount of what’s happened in the last 365 days.

Im well and truly ready for My 26th lap around the sun or better known as a Golden Birthday or Year!

Cheers to 25, here’s to 26 🍾

Never had an issue with the vehicle, just upgrading to a 4WD tow vehicle

Another Monday … do you feel like you’re on a hamster wheel yet? Feeling exhausted after a busy weekend?

My weekend was hectic!

Friday night- Flight out of work delayed by over 2 hours! Super long day!

Saturday- Drive down to Bunbury, pick up kids, pick up a new item for my partners car and build it - what a nightmare, it’s still not even finished yet!🙈 BBQ dinner with family

Sunday- Small amount of building left to do, quick clean up, drive back to Perth, chill out with my house mate and have a dance party 🕺

Monday - Catch a super early flight to Melbourne and hustling on my train ride home!

2023 travels! After actually making this video I can’t believe how much traveling I did last year, although I’ve done so much around the country, there is still so much more I haven’t seen! And so much of it id love to do! And that’s why I’ve decided to go all out in 2024 and start my own online side hustle which in the next 12-18 months will replace my everyday 9-5 normal job and will give me the freedom to be able to travel Australia and of course overseas as well all while still earning an income and not having to physically turn up and go to work Monday-Friday 9-5 and in some peoples cases Saturdays too or even FIFO hours!
