For Marathi Samaj
As an academic and a person passionate about teaching and spreading knowledge to different cohorts, I realised that I was underutilizing my skills. I'm multilingual and Marathi is my mother tongue/home language. I felt I could do more through my multi language skills. It's then I decided to launch this social media initiative where I would make business and management videos in Marathi for the benefit of Marathi speakers around the world. This would also benefit Marathi speakers from rural areas who don't speak English but have access to internet. Many academics have used this approach to make conceptual understanding easier by using different languages for delivering educational content. I realised there weren't many educators promoting business and management concepts in Marathi, hence I decided to launch "Business and Management concepts in Marathi" page & YouTube channel.
