The new Port Waratah Coal Services website is now live and we couldn't be happier with it.
The result is a modern and professional design that utilises a consolidated site map, creating a seamless user experience through a fresh and clean aesthetic. This project was elevated through an entire content overhaul and rewrite of the copy to better align with the Port Waratah brand and tone. User generated content (UGC) is one of the most important types of content in your social strategy. It can take on any shape from videos to photos, come from any user (including employees) and is a sure fire way to add some authenticity and loyalty into your brand!
So, how do you get it?
If you have a brick and mortar business you need to create a 'moment' in you space or service that customers HAVE TO document and share. If you're a digital business create a magical experience through packaging, unboxing or add a surprise element. Then bing bang boom, your audience will share their experience and using social listening you'll be able to find the content, re-share (with permission of course) and watch the growth!
