Aussie Mt Barker V3*
A walk through of the Aussie in Mount Barker - I've made it feel (subconsciously) like a person has walked in, has been offered a coffee, signed up for a loan, then left happy - no actors / staff being filmed on the day, I realised this concept as it started taking shape in post. Long story about the final output, but I'm posting my amze-work on it anyhoo.

Salon Superstore, Final Promo for CCI refit
From connecting with key stakeholders, to editing in the studio in the wee hours of the night - I loved the opportunity to partner with CCI again and smash out another final promo, this time for the great refit they completed at the Salon Superstone in Harbor Town SA.

Window Display - All That Mobile, Glenelg
Another little ditty with the Creative Commercial team, this time I got to create a 5 minute loop of in-house products advertising the newly finished refit at All That Mobile.
All That Mobile, Glenelg
I prefer this longer video, but acting on feedback I shortened it for the socials, I'll share the shorter one later though - that's what peps engage with, and that's sick too!
Skull-and-Boan-Highlights-2021-720
I developed the Skull and Boan logo by adapting the traditional skull and cross bones into a simple symbolic ampersand. From here, I created a flyer for LinkedIn. I also filmed and edited a couple of short conference highlights videos for the socials.
SG75-13-720p
I was invited to Spring Gully to film and edit together a little video that was used for their 75th Year Celebrations… I even received a free jar of their famous pickles – yummo!
Santa-Tour-PAE-2022-480
Due to Covid, the Port Adelaide Enfield Council had to cancel their famous annual Christmas parade. Instead, the Communications unit at the Council gave me a call up to film and edit together a short video of Santa driving through the local council area, where he visited a number of libraries and sporting venues, delivering gifts for children and spreading the joy of Christmas. It was fun working with the Mayor and support staff at the council to put together the festive video that was posted on their social media, and the Communications unit mentioned how well I captured the activities of the promotion.
I was contracted by the council the following year to manage the Santa Tour social video where I used my newer camera equipment to produce an even better result. Moving from filming with my phone to working with Panasonic, Sony and Canon gear has been rewarding, and I’ve learnt a bunch of critical skills in settings, angles, lighting, sound – you name it, I learnt it.

Ollies-Westlakes-Before-and-After-720
Acting as their Social Media and Communications Officer, I have pushed the brand by recreating the logo, setting up social media profiles and spring-cleaning the existing accounts. I have filmed, edited and posted across their feeds, and Brendan and the team are super happy with the results.
Here are only some of the videos I have put together for client refit projects.

I was lucky enough to catch Nicky while she was halfway through a mural for the Creative Commercial team. a6000 with 18-135 and GH5 14-140 roving.
jeff-morgan-gallery-rocks-2
While taking a family trip towards the Flinders, we stopped in to see Jeff and his amazing gallery, and in the process, I ended up redoing his website and taking some videos to update it all for him. You can checkout how I used the videos on his website at: www.jeffmorgan.com.au
JamesMcLaren-480p
Working again with the Creative Commercial team, I had the opportunity to interview James about what it is like to work with my boss-man. Sony a6000 35mm in one spot, roving with GH5.

For the opening of Exurbia in South Australia, I was contracted to create a series of videos, one for each different social media outlet and their Google account. The GH5 stood up well, and was aided by a few a6000 shots too. I’m super pleased with the results, and I’m becoming more of a fan of Artlist.io each time I complete these fun gigs. Pity I couldn’t eat any of the free food though 🙂
INSTAGRAM VIDEO
The focus for this was on showing the people interacting side of the opening, so plenty of action with people, and the enjoyment of the event. The music was also upbeat to help with the tone of it. I didn’t mean to choreograph the vocalist singing in time with the background music so that was a cool coincident!

FACEBOOK BRAND VIDEO
This clip was focused on promoting the brands in store. It was also then edited for the company home page. The GH5 did ok, but manual focus is one area I’m needing to grow in.
