Within layers of paint, Jilsha tries to capture that very essence of everything – be it moods, still life, interiors, or other familiar subjects that strikes her fancy. Although most of her work is acrylic, pastels, and oil paints on canvas, it is not restricted within them. She likes to offer the spectator more than just the visual effect, which is why she uses many things for the texture in her
