Situations around you often arise to test you and reveal your true essence and nature. It’s never the external circumstances that truly provoke you; instead, these situations expose the anger or frustration that was already within. Can an orange ever produce apple juice? No matter how hard you press it, it will only reveal what it contains by nature.

In a way, it’s as if those who provoke you are mirrors, reflecting what lies within you so that you can recognize it—and ultimately, change it for the better.
