'Chirebvu' is back with more drama

Norman Chiranga, popularly known as “Chirebvu” or ‘Landlord” for the series Landlord nemaroja is back with more entertainment. Chiranga has been working on new projects which will be produced by boxitMEDIA.
Chiranga’s work has seen a trail of controversial lifestyle whereby he always plunges himself in trouble. In the popular drama, Landlord nemaroja, Chirebvu has been in trouble for being a womanizer. The character Chirebvu seems to be strongly associated with nothing but trouble.
Chiranga’s dramas and skits portray the landlord and tenant relationship that is characterized by exploitation. Some of his scenes are motivated by Chiranga’s personal experiences as a tenant. Chirebvu is a character that is controversial, ironically Chiranga almost got in trouble for ingeniously asking for water and electricity bills from his landlord.
Mbereko 2 to be out soon...
Mbereko 2 is one of the lined up projects. In Mbereko, Chirebvu impregnates the maid who will later steal from Chirebvu and his wife. The Maid ‘Mafuta’ and her boyfriend make Chirebvu believe they are siblings. This project has taken a twist as Chirebvu is also made a victim. This drama depicts real-life shenanigans that are experienced on a day to day basis and secrets kept.This is not the first time working with boxitMEDIA, Chiranga has skits such as picture yalandlord, Bucket remvura and Bvisa bhasikoro munzira which can be found on youtube. Mbereko 2 is expected to be out at the beginning of September.
Piracy an incurable disease
The entertainment industry of Zimbabwe has always experienced the wave of piracy. Artists such as Chiranga has known piracy the very moment they joined the industry. Chiranga, just like any other artist, he has developed a thick skin towards this incurable disease. Despite this setback, Chirebvu has not given up, he is, however, soldiering on with a glimpse of hope that one-day piracy will be phased out.
