VOTE OF THANKS

Thank you all once again for coming out tonight. We continue to apologise for the hiccups we've had in the last minute. But because you love us and you love what you do and you also choose to continue believing in us, you still made time.

It hasn't been a very good year for all of us, including the ZSGA Coordination Committee. We lost Mr. Jairos earlier this year and it was a huge blow. We were working together and had very good relations. He was the one spearheading the sourcing of sponsorships, so his passing really had an effect on us. We are however happy that in his honour we have still managed to pull his off.

We would like to thank those in charge of our venue, Pastor Gwara and the board. Thank you for welcoming us with warm arms and coming through for us at such an abrupt moment. We appreciate you so much for your love.

Our special guests the Marc's for honouring our invitation. Mr Alfred and Mr Ticha to thank you for making time.

To the resident band and those in charge of the sound equipment, thank you for helping us. We really appreciate your service.

We would like also to thank the ZSGA Team for working tirelessly to make sure this works. For all he effort, time and resources put in towards the event. Thank you guys.

Also we would like to thank our partners from Hevoi FM, Dafri Films and others who played a very very great part but still chose to be anonymous. May the good Lord who is the rewarded of every good deed continue to fill your cups so that they run over with blessings.

Lastly, thank you all for making time to come out for this special event. It would have not been successful without you. Even though we are in unprecedented times, we will never underestimate the power of coming together. We humans are social beings and that's how we thrive. Nonetheless, this too will pass and we shall be happier.

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, boy and girls. Those gathered here and those at home

We would like to welcome you all, our special guests: whom I might not mention by names at this point - but do please feel free and comfortable.

Thank you all for coming out tonight, and for sacrificing, going all out just to support this thing despite the last minute inconvenience our initially proposed venue. We do sincerely apologise, and for the inconvenience and effect this has had on us all. But! We are here now and let us celebrate this moment and the gift of life, let's continue to be vigilant to not getting or spreading COVID-19.

Tonight once again we are gathered here to celebrate talent and gift in gospel music. The work all the persons put in for the all the categories nominated tonight is phenomenal. Let us also kindly remember that this is not to breed an unhealthy rife amongst us, but the aim is to persuade and encourage each other to always do better than our previous. To discover new ways and to explore new trends in doing things, of course fulfilling the mandate of spreading the gospel.

Due to COVID-19 regulations, there is a limited number of people who are invited to attend in person.
