MONDAY : ENTREPRENEUR BUSINESS TIPS

Through research it is evident that Zimbabwean women have the highest rate in upcoming business start ups in the country.

So here are a few tips to help you start up as a modern entrepreneur. Guide to starting a small business that will grow into a big business.

1 . Recognize your gifts and talents / identity your passion

2. Have a solid business plan

3. Invest in entrepreneur programs that can help ( If you can not find a mentor)

4 . Prepare for financial challenges ( learn to save )

5. Be frugal – remember you're a start-up.
Don't be afraid to ask for help in growing your business plan , have willingness to learn

6. Focus on your strength never consider the possibility of failure .

7. Plan accordingly and constantly look for opportunities to network.

8. Start While You Are Still Employed and Get Clients or Customers Lined Up.

9. Do a research on your target market and competitors ( this one of the most important factors to consider because most women businesses attract the same market)

10. Always revise and upgrade your business plan.
