It is the brainchild of Miss Amanda Mutangadura, having the passion for fashion and combining it with skills of modeling, she decided to take the industry by storm. Having lived in Germany and other parts of Europe like Austria and France she gained exposure to the industry and was dedicated to establish herself and help other upcoming young Zimbabwean models to fulfill their dreams. GEMENT first came to life in April 2010, its aim being to uplift the talent in modeling and designing and to bring a new era in Zimbabwe’s lifestyle with the theme “INDUSTRY OF CHOICE”. Not only is AM Model Management is a fashion concentrate, it is also involved in charity and social work and since it’s mainly focused on the youth the agency is partaking in AIDS awareness programmes. It is an organisation which caters for all age groups, does not select gender, race or religion in a fight against discrimination and segregation of HIV and AIDS patients; it is also in a plan to bring every girl child to know their rights and in a bid to stop child abuse. It is currently holding modeling classes, which include personal grooming. AM Model Management has worked with Edgars Zimbabwe and has created many jobs for the models and are on photo shoots ads Introduce a friend, Winter style, Graduation ,Summer Splash , Open an account and many more. AM Models have also appeared on Afrik Cest boutique of Doctor Ruth Labode a fashion catalogue magazine. Delta also booked AM models on this years launch of the PSL soccer event match event that was held at Barbourfields stadium in Bulawayo and has worked with Lekker Juice Company that hosted a cricket tournament.
