Featured in this Newsletter: The HyeSquad will be helping VINE to support startup success during the Pandemic by closely monitoring the situation and what it means for founders and ecosystems. So far we have limited information about how startups have been affected by the pandemic and without adequate data, it is near impossible.

The HypeSquad is collecting data from entrepreneurs and will identify how COVID-19 is impacting startups and how sizable the impact is. This report will provide adequate insight into current startup challenges and possible ways forward.

Challenge 3 is now out!
For this fortnight’s challenge, we are focusing on something very important. The times have highlighted the vast inequalities in a number of areas including access to . Therefore this fortnight’s challenge will focus on…"How might we improve access to education for primary and secondary students in the rural areas during pandemics?"

If you believe you have either a digital or non-digital solution to this challenge, you can submit your brief 2-page concept document or a 5 slide PowerPoint document to challenge.design4zim.com or Whatsapp +263714745849. Please do not submit more than one idea. The deadline for Challenge 3 submissions is 2359 on Thursday the 14th of May. The winner will be announced on Friday the 21st of May.
