The people in our lives play an important role in how we feel about ourselves. Encouraging family and friends can help us value ourselves and boost our confidence.
There comes a phase in everyone's life when you may feel low self-esteem. Maybe something you tried didn't work, or you made a mistake that left you feeling low. If people around us point out our inefficiencies, we become even more discouraged and feel we have no worth.
Be a supportive partner, friend or family. Stand with your loved ones and make them capable. Ultimately, loving someone is about embracing their imperfections and helping them improve while still making them feel perfect.
