For Married People Read👇👇👇

If everytime you are resolving your marital problems you need to involve other people your conflicts will stay unresolved,

They will become point of reference everytime you meet to resolve them and certain information is better kept between the both of you otherwise when shared they can lead to loss of intimacy.

My advice for you;
Try as much as possible to resolve issues as a couple, forgive one another, talk more, do things together, don't wait for things to pile before you can confront each other, don't hold grudges!

But should things get out of hands, mistakes keeps repeating, loss of respect for one another, no regard or need for each other. Don't hesitate to involve your marriage counsellors and those close family members you trust.

Your sanity, your mental wellbeing comes first.
