CORONAVIRUS

Coronovirus(Covid-19) is a strain that was discovered in 2019 mainly in animals and quickly spread to humans. This virus causes illness ranging from a common cold to a more severe disease like lung disease.

Symptoms include:
-Fever
-Dry cough
-Digestive issues
-sore throat
-Shortness of breath/difficulties in breathing

Many deaths have been recorded around the globe due to late treatment.
Standard recommendations to prevent infection spread include, regular hand washing, covering mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, avoiding handshakes, taking in of liquids and vitamin C, thoroughly cooking meat and eggs, avoiding crowds, avoiding close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezes.

If you detect any of the above signs seek medical help immediately. Stay safe and have a blissful weekend❤

Miss face of Zambia Teens 2018/2019 phyillisita Malwa continues with her project on empowering young girls and women, she is currently in serenje district (central province), she went to chalilo were she took time to talk to young girls and their guardians on the importance of education and entrepreneurship for one to be self reliant, and was able to find funding for some of the girls to finish their junior secondary and high school education.. Phyllis who is also brand ambassador for VSI(Visionary Students Initiatives) Will be heading to mkushi this Friday as she continues with her country tour and empowering girls and women in places its needed the most.

The Youth are citizens of a country transitioning from childhood to adulthood. Youth Day should therefore be the celebration of that transition.

We celebrated Our Transition with VSI and our youth of Glory of Christ Community School, Kalingalinga. Such a bright future we have ahead of us!!!!

All we have to do is put our heads and hands together and indeed we shall realise a better Youthful Zambia.

KEEP ZAMBIA CLEAN GREEN AND HEALTHY.
It immediately came to my attention as I moved around Chawama market how the informal traders (“vendors”) disposed their waste in close proximity to the stands from which food such as vegetables were being sold.
As one who desires and actively works towards being a good citizen and Queen, my team, VISIONARY STUDENTS INITIATIVE, and I took it upon ourselves to sensitize the vendors of the dangers of uncontrolled garbage and waste disposal. We distributed garbage disposal bags to the vendors and ensured that their stands were cleaned, as well as disposing waste in the right place. The vendors were so cooperative with us; I had the best of time cleaning up our city!!!!
However, the vendors raised a complaint that having the garbage disposal bags was one thing, but what happens when the bags get full? Where do they dispose them? Most don’t have access to garbage collection services, so what next? This I believed was a valid complaint.
My thoughts were that for as long as I want to keep my City and Country clean, I should really look into coming up with a lasting and sustainable solution. The vendors had a point!!!
So in conclusion, as I still reign, it will be my urgent and highest priority to have the garbage collection services available to the vendors. If we sit quiet and keep having these cleaning exercises without a permanent solution to solve this complaint of the vendors, then our campaign to keep our country CLEAN GREEN AND HEALTHY will be perpetually overlooked.
Let's work together and better our country.

Throwback to our Christmas and a message from our reigning Queen👸🏾👸🏾

Hello everyone compliments of the season❤, I hope you all had a lovely and productive Christmas.
This is how I celebrated my Christmas I visited Ivwananji community school in Misisi compound were I got to interact with different vulnerable children *Ivwananji community school* is a school that carters for vulnerable children that are unable to pay for their school, children there pay k25 for fees and from that money teachers have to get paid and other school necessities have to be bought, it's sad to know that some of our future leaders actually use one book for all subjects😪 and once its full they have no alternative. What saddened me more was to hear that these young ones will not be able to learn next year because they have been chased from their community school because they are unable to pay rents for the classes and they don't know how next term is going to begin or be for them. I understand that helping is caring and believe me after talking to these kids I have seen alot of determined children who really want and have the potential of been powerful people in society one day but are blocked by poverty I feel its up to you and me to help these kids change their lives I mean they too deserve a good life.
Am proud to say me and my team are helping in the building of a school where they can peacefully learn we were also out helping them with their basic needs. Feel free to inbox us and be of help.
This is one of my best achievements in my life because I have helped possibly the president of Zambia in the near future.
I love my country Zambia and am yet to do more.
