Kindly take note that we did not have power from yesterday,Sunday 9th June from 11hrs at the Zambezi raw water intake until 04.30hrs this morning.So,we have not been pumping water from the time power went and the water levels in our reservoirs are very low.Therefore,we will not be able to supply to most of the areas in Livingstone town today.Water supply will only resume once we have enough water in our reservoirs. SWSC regrets the inconvenience this will cause.

Muwowo Austin aged 33 of Mulala compound in Livingstone who occupies shop number 86 at Livingstone City market reported on 18/04/24 that his shop was completely burnt by fire and assorted items which includes five(05) sewing machines valued at K17,500 and assorted clothes valued at K12,500 altogether valued at K30,000 were gutted in the inferno.
