Spaghetti and Meatballs
Ingredients:
• 200g Mama’s Pride Spaghetti
• 500g minced beef (for meatballs)
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 large tomatoes, chopped
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (fresh or dried)
• Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella), grated
• Salt, to taste
• 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Meatballs: Roll minced beef into small balls and set aside.
2. Cook the Sauce: Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until golden. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, black pepper, and parsley. Cook until the tomatoes soften into a sauce.
3. Add Meatballs: Place meatballs in the sauce and let them cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
4. Cook Spaghetti: In a separate pot, boil Mama’s Pride Spaghetti as per packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. Combine: Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the meatballs and sauce. Mix gently.
6. Cheese: Sprinkle cheese on top, cover with a lid, and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
7. Serve: Plate and enjoy warm!

Today is Sunday no need to sweat in the kitchen an easy binto noodles chicken
Ingredients
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• Mixed peppers, sliced
• 1 cup shredded cabbage
• 1 pack Binto noodles
• 1 packet Binto seasoning
• 1 cup leftover chicken, shredded
• 1 tablespoon grated cheese
• 2 tbsp peri mayo
• 1 tbsp peri sauce
• chapatis
Instructions
1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add peppers and cabbage. Stir-fry until tender but still crisp.
3. Cook Binto noodles as per packet instructions. Add the seasoning and mix well.
4. Stir in the shredded chicken, cheese, peri mayo, and peri sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.
5. Warm the chapatis and fill them with the stir-fry mixture. Wrap tightly.

Mac and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Mama’s Pride macaroni
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1½ cups cheddar cheese, grated
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Boil the macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a paste.
4. Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.
5. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Mix the macaroni into the cheese sauce, ensuring it’s fully coated.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
