Attention Recording Artists!!!

Octopus Vision (Motion Picture Company) is having a September Artist boost campaign, where recording artists/musicians will get to shoot a full HD TV quality music video at very low costs. The campaign is aimed at artists trying to break into the mainstream section of the industry. The campaign is only for the month of September 2018, aimed mainly at artists around the Vaal Triangle area.

The campaign is as follows; A full HD/4K video (depending on the artists preference) will be priced at 2.5K. Extras such as transport, food & drinks etc will be provided by the artist (client).

FILM AUDITIONS! FILM AUDITIONS! FILM AUDITIONS!

Hi guys, Happy New Year, hope you all came into the the new year in good health.
We back and we looking for actors & actresses for an up coming film we're shooting in February (2018)

The following actors are wanted;

×2 Females aged between 19- 25
×2 Females aged between 35 - 40
×1 Female aged between 40 - 50

×1 Male aged between 35 - 40
×2 Males aged between 25 - 30

Please send through a VIDEO monologue with a length of 2 minutes max and not less than 1 minute

1. Monologues for Females between 19 - 25;

- Pretend you're pregnant and your mother forces you to have an abortion yet you wanna keep the baby

2. Monologues for Females aged between 35-40

- Pretend you're a barren woman( you can't have children) and you and your husband are constantly going from doctor to doctor to seek help. And you're also known as a typical township woman who loves gossip

3. Monologues for Females aged between 40-50

-Pretend you're a single parent who's daughter is still in school and she's pregnant and you want her to have an abortion

3. Monologues for Males aged 35-40

- Pretend you and your wife are struggling to have children, your wife is starting to give up but you want to keep her spirits high so you're constantly motivating her

4. Monologues for Males aged between 25-30

- Pretend that you're coming home after a year and you find out that you have a child and the girl has been quiet about it all along

FILM AUDITIONS!!!!

Characters wanted;

Female aged between 18 - 25
Male aged between 18 - 25
Male aged between 40 - 50
Female aged between 18 - 25
Male aged between 30 - 40

Record a monologue with a duration of between 1:30 seconds to 2 minutes. The monologue must expose at least three emotions within that time frame. Put yourself in a situation where your mood will switch from being happy to anxious to sad. Eg. you're meeting up with your Boyfriend/Girlfriend,he/she surprises you with a gift and you become happy, but turn anxious because you want to break off the relation. You eventually call it off in a very sad tone...

Create a situation that you're comfortable with, that reveals a minimum of three emotions...
