Blowing your mind progressively in the right direction.
Did you know the law of attraction is in the 10 commandments?
No really!
Yes indeed!
So, show me.
You remember that part that says you should not desire your neighbour’s wife, husband, or Labrador?
Yes?
Why does it say that?
If you understand the mystical meaning of these things the picture changes.
It does not say you should not desire at all.
You should not desire something that belongs to another, but you are welcome to desire your own.
But still not answering the question.
Ancient teaching on this point says that whatsoever you truly desire you shall have. So, if you desire your neighbours anything, you will have it.
Of course, the consequences will be yours but the word is clear that you will "steal" that which belongs to your neighbour.
I can see glazed eyes.
Consider.
Whatsoever you desire, if you believe that you already have it, then you shall have it.
So, don't desire your neighbours Labrador.
Desire your own and if you are "surrounded by the answer" (to quote the original Aramaic text) you shall have it.
Imagineering 101.
Is it that easy?
Yes and no.
We manifest all the time.
It is life showing up through us.
When we are tuned into the negative energy system of the small fear mind, the thing from that mind shows up in our lives.
Because it is a life diminishing environment it is very hard to get enough life affirming energy together for long enough to achieve the transformation into the person who can manifest pretty much anything you can desire.
The first and greatest obstacle is our belief that we can't do it or only some special people can, but we are not special enough and those who can are woo people with pointy hats.
Then we do it all wrong. Because it requires a certain level of mind mastery.
The biggest challenge is to feel the result as real.
Thus, using your imagination.
But then most of us had our imagination scrubbed out as a part of our upbringing.
We live with the unconscious rule.... thy shalt not imagine, thy shalt only live by what they see.
Desire is bad.
It is the lust of the flesh idea that was drilled into us many so many times.
For most, living by "faith" is more like living by hoping someone will make things better.
To achieve anything in life we have start with desire.
That question: " WHAT DO YOU WANT?"
The standard answer is quite often:
"Whatever God wants me to have."
"God gives us the desires of our heart" means
God PUTS IT THERE
The rest of the process deeply involves you.
If you don't really want it, then you will not have it.
You have free will to choose, you really do.
It starts off with DESIRE
Then Desire turns into imagination
Then Imagination turns into Vision.
Vision turns into a sense of purpose.
The rest of the process involves.
Willingness
Commitment
Awareness
.
Strategic action in the desired direction, aka alignment with the vision.
Alignment, what does it mean?
To have your vision, thoughts, feelings, words, and actions all going in the same direction.
Remember the definition of faith. Evidence of things we cannot see and the substance the thing of before we get to experience it subjectively.
Hold that Labrador in your imagination, play with it, let it slobber you. it's really not that bad, just swim afterwards and know that the lab will join you. Hug that ball of fluffy sweetness, all in your imagination.
Love it and be surrounded by the experience.
One Lab coming up.
I am working on two...
