Stefanie Pinsley landed a seemingly “perfect” dream job at Google as a Product Marketing Manager after graduating from Cornell University in 2017. A lifelong people-pleaser and high-achiever, this made her family proud and she felt she had finally “made it”. It all came crashing down in August 2020 when she was forced to take a leave of absence for severe burnout that affected her mental and physical health.
