We're on a mission to find the true location of the Moot. Natie, the owner of Antiques popped out an ancient map of South Africa and pinpointed the geography for us, but Gropp told us where the Moot truly lies. If you know, you know. 😉

Biltong Media is a media production agency in the Moot, Pretoria.
We're currently working on a project that is very close to our hearts, and this morning we spent some freezing hours with the community, celebrating a huge milestone and a beacon of hope in the community.

5..4..3..2..1..... Go! This is Harry's motto these days.

21 years ago, on the 20th of May Harry and his friend Jan J du Toit was in a chopper crash while shooting in Lesotho. They came crashing down into the Katse dam. He doesn't talk about it much, but today we are celebrating 21 years of Harry's new life. Don't let the grey hair fool you - his spirit is still that of an adolescent. Happy 21st Harry!

What?! It's almost halfway through the year already?!
We've been packing it in this half of the year, starting off with a documentary shoot in the Northern Cape, a legacy project for St Mary's 145 year commemoration and a 7 week stint in Hoedspruit - Harry's 6th season with I'm a Celebrity (Australia). What a blast to hang out with Malcolm in the Middle!
In between we've been streaming tennis and rugby matches and teaching kids the value of film appreciation at a prestige school in Pretoria. Is it Christmas yet? Can't wait for the rest of the year. Apart from some really cool brand films lined up, we're also working on two passion projects for Biltong Media which we'll tell you a bit more about later.

But seriously, what a treat, and what a cool serene place to spend a morning.

And so does our clients. We thought we'd elevate the experience of the first screening of St Mary's DSG's commemorative documentary in style today.
Another legacy project in the bag for a very pleased client. 🥳🥳
