🗣️"I'm looking for this Boy. I met him just after 8 km mark in Tembisa mile race 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ and I have been chasing him from 1 km🤔, i noticed that he was running 4:30 per kilo just after 1 km because I was running 4:34 behind him, i couldn't believe when I lift my head at 4km.... He was still pushing and looking very strong till I met him just after 8 km.

We pushed together until NDOHLULAKALA at 9.6 km I said go boy only 400m to go. He pushed very strong. I was hoping to see him at the finish 😢. I didn't see him. I WANT TO SPONSOR THAT BOY. he was running NGE ALL STAR👟👟😭💔 and big short🩳😭💔. If you know him let me know. HE RAN 46 minutes. 10 km" - Mthabiseni Mtharah Mboniswa

**Some of us have tried Googling his Race Number, it looks like it doesn't belong to him, it belongs to someone older. Maybe he donates it to him because he knows he loves running.
Now, South Africans want the real Boy (himself), they wanna help make a difference in his personal and running lives.💯💯💯
I know the power of South Africans when they come together and rally behind a common course, we're like a Tsunami, this Boy's life will never ever be the same again.🇿🇦💚🇿🇦💚🇿🇦

Our hopes are with Mthabiseni to update us as soon gets more info on the Boy.🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

Xhosa clan names

Xhosa clan names (isiduko (sing.), iziduko (pl.) in Xhosa) are family names which are considered more important than surnames among Xhosa people.[citation needed] Much like the clan system of Scotland, each Xhosa person can trace their family history back to a specific male ancestor or stock. Mentioning the clan name of someone you wish to thank is the highest form of respect, and it is considered polite to enquire after someone's clan name when you meet them. The clan name is also sometimes used as an exclamation by members of that clan.

When a woman marries she may take her husband's surname, but she always keeps her own clan name, adding the prefix Ma- to it. A man and a woman who have the same clan name may not marry, as they are considered to be related.

The person in the photo is called "Daniel Badislav", a Romanian goalkeeper who weighs 130 kilograms.

He caused his club, "Ciorogarla FC " to fall from the second division to the fourth division, and the club had no chance to expel him because his mother is one of the owners and financiers of the club.

Because of Daniel, 4 coaches resigned, another died of a heart attack and one of the players retired from the club forever. Daniel initially played on the forward line as a striker, but decided to switch to goalkeeper due to his inability to run and keep up with players. Due to lack of skill in catching the balls, the coach is forced to play with 7 defenders and 3 midfielders without attacking..!!

He is considered the highest paid player among his colleagues.

Legend😅

There’s iFriend yakho that is very good at listening and making you feel comfortable enough to talk about izinto ongeke uzthethe kwabanye abantu. But leyo friend is not always there for you financially.

There’s also iFriend yakho that’s always there for you financially whenever you hit your lowest. But that friend is not so good at providing comfort and emotional support.

There’s also iFriend yakho that brings out the best in you. You feel alive around them, they always make you laugh and forget about your worries usuku lonke. But that friend is not really good at offering advice or solutions to some of your serious problems.

All these friends are equally important. They are very good for your health and for creating perfect balance empilweni yakho. Please treat them the same, respect them the same and prioritise them the same. The worst thing you could ever do in friendship is thinking lo onemali is more important than abanye. If you are that type of a friend, you are either a leech or a classist… change lo mentality. Everyone is there for a reason ezimpilweni zethu. Learn to appreciate people for their strengths, do not undermine them for their weaknesses.

It’s rarely talked about how difficult it is to reprogram your brain to let amazing things happen to you after trauma. How to train your nervous system to feel safe in peace opposed to a survival. To fully open yourself again letting vulnerability flow .. give yourself time. Prioritize new experiences for perspective shifting. Be willing to try. Stay intentional with creating a routine that supports your mental, physical, emotional, an spiritual health.
