ISFAP Bursary Applications Are Now Open
you are looking to become a University student, but are unsure about how you will fund your tertiary studies, then applying for a bursary through ISFAP is a worthy option to consider.
The Ikusasa Student Financial Aid Programme (ISFAP) has recently announced that their online applications for 2023 are now open until 31 October 2022. Applicants are advised to submit bursary applications within this period, as ISFAP will not accept any late applications
Students are required to submit the following documents along with their completed application:
• A certified copy of your Identity Document (ID)
• A certified copy of your latest Grade 12 results or Grade 11 final results
• A signed and certified consent for that downloaded from the ISAFP online application website.
Students who qualify for the bursary and have had their student funding application approved can expect the ISFAP bursary scheme to cover the following expenses:
• Full tuition costs
• Student accommodation up to an annual cap (In both private and university student residences)
• Book allowances (through Van Schaik BookStore)
• ISFAP also provides a laptop
• Meal and cash allowance paid directly to the student (or cash and transport allowance depending were the student is based).
Students also sign a contract that gives ISFAP consent to review their academic performance progress annually. As mentioned above, the bursary’s applications will remain open until 31 October 2022.
