The ideal candidate will need to have a strong passion for technology, exceptional problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering excellent Customer Service.
The candidate will be the first point of contact for Technical support, responsible for diagnosing and resolving a variety of I.T. related issues and escalating more complex problems to higher level support.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
๐น Act as the first point of contact for I.T. Support via phone, email, or ticketing system.
๐น Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues (password resets, printer problems, software installations).
๐น Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
๐น Assist with user onboarding and system setups.
๐น Perform routine system monitoring to catch and address potential issues.
๐น Assist with software and hardware installations, configurations, and updates.
๐น Provide friendly and efficient Customer Support to keep satisfaction high!
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

Basic knowledge of I.T. infrastructure (Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, networking, remote tools).
โ
Familiar with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
โ
3+ years in I.T. Support or help desk role preferred.
โ
Experience with TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar remote support tools.
