"I will never join any voices that talks against the President of the EFF, Julius Malema or the EFF.

~ Says Mbuyiseni Ndlozi.😥

The man truly loved Julius Malema and the EFF. One call from Julius Malema can bring back Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi. But knowing Julius Malema, he can't do that. He would like to see Ndlozi kneeling before him first.

Crackdown on Corruption: Four Traffic Examiners Arrested in Bela-Bela, Limpopo

By Jade Mthombeni

In a continued effort to root out corruption, the Hawks Serious Corruption Investigation and the Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) have arrested four more traffic examiners at the Bela Bela Local Municipality Testing Station in Limpopo. This brings the total number of arrests in the province to 23, with more expected in the ongoing operation.

The arrests are the result of an intensive investigation launched in 2021 to identify officials and testing stations issuing learners and driver's licenses without following proper procedures in exchange for bribes. The Hawks and RTMC conducted a joint operation, seizing gadgets believed to be helpful in the investigation.

The four suspects, aged between 37 and 59, are scheduled to appear in the Bela-Bela Magistrate's Court on February 13, 2025. The operation is part of a broader effort to address fraud and corruption-related offenses in Limpopo Province, with arrests already made in Lephalale, Thabazimbi, and Bela-Bela.

The Acting Provincial Head of the Hawks in Limpopo Province, Brigadier Desmond Alexander, praised the working relationship between the Hawks, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), and the RTMC, saying it had yielded "wonderful results."

RTMC CEO Advocate Makhosini Msibi emphasized the importance of tackling corruption in the licensing process, stating, "South Africans are tired of counting bodies on the roads as a result of crashes caused by incompetent drivers. Corruption is not a victimless crime. It robs the state of valuable resources and places a heavy burden on families who bury loved ones every weekend."

The crackdown on corruption in Limpopo's licensing process is a significant step towards ensuring road safety and accountability in the province.
