As a teacher, I couldn’t be prouder of two of my incredible students who recently competed in a meaningful competition aimed at raising awareness about lupus.
Lindi Scheepers was crowned the Tween Sheglam Winner
Liebe Vermeulen achieved the prestigious title of Teen Sheglam 1st Princess.
Both young women not only showcased their talent and grace but also contributed to shedding light on an important cause.
Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects millions worldwide. It occurs when the immune system attacks the body’s own tissues and organs, leading to inflammation in the skin, joints, kidneys, heart, and other parts of the body. While lupus has no cure, early diagnosis and treatment can help manage symptoms and improve quality of life.
Congratulations to both of you on your remarkable achievements! Keep shining and making a difference.
