LIBYA ACCUSES NIGERIA OF MATCH FIXING

Libya has accuses the Nigeria Super Eagles of Intentionally losing to Rwanda in order to eliminate their team from the AFCON 2025.

According to a Libya local newspape, the Nigeria national team intentionally lost to Rwanda in order to eliminate them from the competition.

The Libya Akhbar newspaper reported that Libyan fans were expecting a comfortable win for Nigeria in their match, which would have kept Libya's hopes alive if they defeated Benin.

"How can the Nigeria's 1-0 lead turned into a 2-1 loss in Uyo" the Libyan fans questioned.

FIRST MISS NIGERIA, MADAM GRACE OYELUDE CELEBRATES 93 YEARS. HAPPY BLESSED BIRTHDAY

Oyelude Atinuke Grace was born on 16, November 1931 in Sabon Gari, Kano, Nigeria. Her parents are; James Adeleye Oyelude and Martha Jasmine Dantu, of Isanlu in Kogi State. Grace Atinuke Oyelude was raised in Northern Nigeria. She had her primary and secondary education between 1940 and 1952 in Kano, after which she began to work with UAC.

In 1957 Oyelude, while still with UAC, represented the Northern region at the Miss Nigeria grand final after her brother submitted her photograph to pageant organisers Daily Times.(In the contest's early years, Miss Nigeria was a photo competition).

After she was named Miss Nigeria, Oyelude used her £200 cash prize to travel to England and enroll in Nursing School.
Madam Oyelude holds the chieftaincy titles Iyaolu of Isaluland and Iyalode of Okunland.
