Are you organized, detail-oriented, and proactive? EPH, a leading event technical company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role supports our operations and manages critical administrative tasks, including invoices, quotes, filing, and day-to-day office management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process invoices, quotes, and other financial documentation.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Assist the operations with administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients on administrative matters.
• Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies and office needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within event production or technical services.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with industry software (like Rentman) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
