I'm in absolute awe....Leiden University's African Studies Centre just confirmed that they would love to have a copy of the Afrikaans version of Haar naam was Tillie in their library.

Our God can truly do more than we can ever imagine.

As we celebrate literacy week, we celebrate my nephew Liam Tait who authored three children's books at the age of 6 and 7 within a period of 7 months.

: Little Liam (7) from Holy Cross Primary School is a true inspiration to all of us with his self-published books! He and his mother, Phyona visited our office to donate a few of his latest books, “Max Finds Two Gems”.

Phyona mentioned that Liam is very passionate about reading - he wants to encourage other children his age to develop a love for reading.

It certainly inspired us! 🤗Thank you for your donation of books, we hope it will inspire other youngsters to believe in themselves and their dreams.

Liam's books are available at local libraries.

Celebrating my gym buddy and fellow author, .noganta , as she launches her second book.

In recent months I was reflecting on Haar naam was Tillie and questioning whether it was the right time to tell her story....this beautiful event confirmed that the story as written, flaws and all, was indeed ready to be shared with those called to read it.
