Numbers 23:19
Tells us about the fact that God cannot lie or change His mind, because He is not subject to human conditions.
But don't let this truth confuse you, because God cannot be boxed or cornered, many miss interpret God's word and then call Him a liar in the process. Check thoroughly at what God has promised in His word and where does it involve you, in the epistle of Romans chapter 8 the Bible says" as many as are led by the Holy Spirit are the sons of God, so before you can claim any promises given to the children of God, please do put yourself under this test. When did the Holy Spirit ever testify to you that you are a son or daughter of God?

Psalm 90:2 speaks about the fact that God was God before and Isaiah reiterates this truth when he says from everlasting to everlasting I am He, and besides me there is no other God. Bakitsi God is Holy and He does not change or cast a shadow of turning, ku malaki He says this is the only reason the house of Jacob is still around🤞. But what I love most about God is His mercy which in lamentations 3 is said to be new every morning, noma sone lokunjani we can still choose to approach the throne of grace through the mercy side of God. Bakitsi a asibuyeleni ku Jehovah, noma sishayekile uyosipholisa manceba. He will not rebuke us forever nor will He hold a grudge against us... to God...

Speak up when it is necessary
1.before you say something check your motives, say what's helpful not humiliating.
2.ask yourself, is it worth it, does it really matter? If not zip it.
3. Don't beat around the bush, be clear and specific about it.
4. Don't say it in a way that may come out as undermining, make your value of the person too obvious to ignore.
5.Don't postpone it, if it's big say it now.
6. Check your own blind spots first, take the log out of your eye buddy.
7.finish on a positive note. Have something good to say about them to end your cricism with.
Never criticise people behind their back especially with things you can't confront them with. Happy day of reconciliation SA...
