Scholar, a survivor of a shootout, seeks to recover stolen money. Nomabhongo, a college student, is impregnated by Luyolo, who loses his job and turns to mobsters to support her. They target a power couple, Ntsoaki and Mthetheli, but a conjuring ritual leads to a shootout, killing the mobsters. Luyolo takes the money, but Scholar, presumed dead, returns to reclaim it. The story explores themes of greed, betrayal, and redemption in a complex web of relationships.
