This simple and reliable, solid early 1.8 16 valve w202 runs very well and can undertake any road trip confidently.

287000km.

* Aircon works
* Central locking works (it doesn’t have the notoriously unreliable infra-red system with green and red lights)
* ABS and airbag
* No warning lights on.
* Good tyres on 16 inch alloys
* New radiator
* New water pump
* New ancillary belt
* New windscreen
* Just serviced and all fluids changed
* Valid Roadworthy
* All paperwork in order and licensed until mid 2025.

I’ve had a lot of work done on the car since buying it in to get it into reliable condition for daily use.

This beautifully kept w116 is now being offered for sale by its owner.

Its m110, 136kW double overhead cam straight six engine includes the later kjet fuel injection and is as smooth as it should be.

This gem has been maintained for many years and it has full comprehensive service history. It is in a perfect mechanical condition.

Its paint is finished off in thistle green and it is complimented by its original leather interior in cream which is excellently preserved. It features its original cream plush carpets and original unrestored burr walnut console and door wood finish in an extremely good condition.

It has covered 181 000km with all manuals and books included.

All tyres and original hubcaps are in good condition.

It also has a Mercedes-Benz Becker Exquisit with tape deck.

Aircon can do with a regass but it is functional. Cruise control works like a charm. The automatic gearbox is perfectly smooth and electric windows work well.

The paintwork is in very good overall condition. All paper work and licensing is in order. Roadworthy is included in the sale.
