EDUCATOR AT ST PETER'S COMBINED CHRISTIAN SCHOOL ASSAULTS LEARNER OVER LATE COMING

MOHLALETSI : An educator at St Peter's Combined Christian School in Mohlaletsi village in the Sekhukhune District is in hot water for assaulting a matric learner.

The educator, who is also a resident pastor, identified as Diketso Matibidi allegedly assaulted a Grade 12 learner who was late for a Sunday church service on the 12th of November.

In a statement released to the media on Tuesday, the school says it has instituted disciplinary hearing against the educator.

"The parent of the student involved ( in the assault) has been contacted and disciplinary hearing against the pastor is currently underway, said the school.

"The student will also undergo a medical assessment and the incident has been reported to the Police," the school continued.

"We want to express our strong disapproval of Mr Matibidi's behavior, and we will address it with the seriousness it deserves", the statement read.

The Pastor has been suspended.

A MAN WHO ALLEGEDLY KILLED HIS COLLEAGUE REMOVED HIS INTESTINE AND TOOK A SELFIE APPEARED IN COURT

WESTONARIA - Boinehelo Lefefa (43) who allegedly butchered his Sibanye Stillwater colleague and took a selfie with his lifeless body appeared before the Westonaria Magistrate court on Monday, 13 November.

Lefefa reportedly cut off the intestines of the victim, chopped off his head and kicked it in full view of the people.

The case has been postponed to Monday for a formal bail application. The postponement comes after he sought private prosecution and it will resume next week.

22 - YEAR OLD WOMAN R***D BY A FAKE PROPHET AT MADODONGA VILLAGE

TSHILWAVHUSIKU : A 22 - year old woman was r***d by a male suspect pretending to be a prophet at Madodonga village outside Makhado on Friday.

It is alleged that the victim was with her boyfriend and their friends at a tavern on Friday, 10 November 2023 and was approached by a known male suspect pretending to be a Prophet and told the victim that he has a lot of her prophecies that needed him and her to get away from the company of their friends so that he could deliver more prophecies to her pertaining to her life challenges.

It is alleged that the victim joined the suspect towards his place of residence.

As they were walking in a near bushes away from the boyfriend and her other friends, before they reached the suspect 's home suddenly the suspect forced himself into the victim ra**ng her while threatening to stab her with sharp instrument after he slapped her on the face with an open hand.

Afterwards ,the suspect allegedly fled the scene on foot leaving the victim behind.

Moyahabo Lishi is requested by the Police to come forward to assist with investigations.

SUSPECTED 'SLAY QUEEN' FOUND FLOATING IN A DAM IN GROBLERSDAL

GROBLERSDAL: Police in Groblersdal say they have opened inquest docket following the gruesome discovery of lifeless body of unkown female person floating in a canal of water on Sunday 05 November 2023

It is reported that the Police were summoned to the scene of drowning at Ockert Street in Groblersdal next to the Orchard upon arrival they discovered an unknown woman floating in the water half naked wearing a black see through mini skirt without underwear and mastered sandals and a bra covering the breast.

She is estimated to be between the age of 28 and 38 years with blonde bleached hair and medium body size.

The Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of unknown female person.

As the Police we appeal to anyone with information that can assist to locate the family of unknown deceased woman to contact the Investigating Officer Lieutenant Colonel Edric Mukhwevho at 082 303 9927 or to Crime Stop at 08600 10111 alternatively report to the nearest Police Station or share it on MySAPSApp.

MAN GRANTED FOR BAIL FOR MURDERING ANOTHER PATRON IN THABAZIMBI

THABAZIMBI: A 34-year-old suspect appeared before Thabazimbi Magistrate Court for the murder of a 33-year-old man that occurred at Regorogile village, Thabazimbi, on Saturday, 04 November 2023 at about 14:00.

According to the reports, the deceased got into a fight with his peers, at the tavern, he was heavily intoxicated and was pushed against the table during the fight.

When he was home on Sunday, 05 November 2023, he complained about stomach pain, and was taken to the nearest hospital for medical attention and was declared dead.

The deceased was identified as Joseph Ikgopoleng, residing in Thabazimbi Regorogile village.

The suspect was arrested on Wednesday, 08 November 2023 at Makopa Farms and charged with murder.

He was granted bail when he appeared on Thursday 09 November before the Thabazimbi Magistrate Court on charges of murder, and will appear again on Monday 04, December 2023.

MAN KILLS FORMER COLLEAGUE, REMOVES HIS INTENSTINES AND TAKES SELFIES

RANDFONTEIN : An employee at Sibanye - Stillwater Mine Shaft was brutally murdered after he was stabbed numerous times by another man in front of onlookers outside the premises of the mining company on Thursday.

The spokesperson for Sibanye-Stillwater, James Wellstead confirmed that as reported to them, the incident took place in an informal trading area and not on the premises of Sibanye-Stillwater.

In the video, the perpetrator can be seen lifting his arm and stabbing his victim point blank on the stomach.

Afterwards, the perpetrator was seen taking selfies of himself beside the lifeless body of the deceased where his stomach was cut open.

Unconfirmed reports further suggest that the suspect also ate some of his victim’s intestines.

Wellstead further claimed that the deceased was indeed an employee and that the perpetrator was a former employee but was dismissed.

Wellstead added that the deceased and the perpetrator were involved in past hostile disputes.

BREAKING | LIFELESS BODY OF A PATIENT FOUND AT TSHILIDZINI HOSPITAL

THOHOYANDOU: A lifeless body of a foreign national was discovered in the old mental health care users ward at Tshilidzini Hospital in Shayandima in the Vhembe District today.

The Limpopo Health Department says the matter has been reported to the South African Police services for investigations while an autopsy will be conducted to establish the exact cause of death.

"We extend our deepest and heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased” said MEC Dr Phophi Ramathuba.

31 - YEAR OLD MISSING WOMAN FOUND DEAD UNDER HER BOYFRIEND'S BED

MMOTONG WA PERIKISI : A frantic search operation for a 31 - year old woman reached a heartbreaking end on Monday.

Rosina Moabelo was reported missing by her family on Saturday, the 4th of November.

On Monday, the search led to Moabelo's boyfriend in Mmotong wa Perekisi, where she was found dead and hid under the bed.

Community members took the law into their hands and attacked the boyfriend, however he was rescued by the police.

The Police further confirmed that the 37 - year old man will be charged for the murder of Rosina Moabelo.

The arrested suspect will soon appear before Seshego Magistrate's Court, facing a charge of murder.

The Police say the hunt for a mob attack suspects is ongoing.
