A concerned passenger took to Facebook to report ongoing issues with the Zululand Bus Services operating in Nseleni, Zululand. The passenger, who reached out to the bus service management for clarification, shared their experience regarding the situation.

According to the post, the individual contacted the bus service manager yesterday and also spoke with the supervisor today. However, despite confirming that a meeting had taken place, no resolution was reached. The passenger further stated that the buses will not be operating on November 12, 2024, and tomorrow morning, November 13, 2024, as well. This is causing significant inconvenience for passengers who have already purchased tickets and those who do not have the means to borrow money for alternative transport.

The post expressed frustration, as many workers are dependent on the bus services to get to their jobs. The individual concluded by urging others to share the message and raise awareness of the ongoing transport disruptions.
