🍒🍫 Black Forest Roll Cake! 🍫🍒
A piece of Mirkwood? No, better a complete roll! This incredible rolled cake is perfect for any special occasion and is ready to steal everyone's attention. 😍✨

👵🏼Ingredients👵🏼

For the chocolate cake:

• 4 large eggs 🥚
• ½ cup of sugar
• ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the filling:

• 1 ½ cups of heavy cream 🥛
• ¼ cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup canned cherries, drained 🍒

For decoration:

• 1 cup whipped cream
• Chocolate ganache (½ cup chocolate chips + ¼ cup heavy cream)
• Maraschino cherries 🍒
• Shaved chocolate (optional) 🍫

👵🏼Instructions👵🏼
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a 10x15” pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cake: Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add vanilla. Spread on the tray and bake for 10-12 min.
3️⃣ Roll up: While the cake is hot, roll it up with a clean towel (keep the parchment paper). Let cool.
4️⃣ Filling: Beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until you get firm peaks. Add the cherries.
5️⃣ Assembly: Unroll the cooled cake, remove the parchment paper and spread the filling. Roll it again and place the roll on a plate with the seam side down.
6️⃣ Decorate: Drizzle chocolate ganache and decorate with whipped cream, cherries and shaved chocolate. Spectacular!

Tip: Refrigerate 1 hour before serving to let the flavors intensify! 💥

For maceration of fruits:

200 g raisins
200 g prunes (chopped)
100 g dried figs (chopped)
100 g dried apricots
50 g candied cherries
50 g of various candied fruits
100 g almonds or walnuts (chopped)
100 ml of rum
100 ml red wine
100 ml brandy or whiskey

For the cake:

250 g butter (at room temperature)
250 g brown sugar
4 eggs
300 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cocoa powder (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Lemon and orange zest
4 tablespoons honey or molasses

1️⃣ Macerate the fruits: Mix raisins, plums, figs, apricots, cherries, candied fruits and nuts. Add rum, wine and brandy. Let sit for at least 3 days (or weeks if you can)! 🍷🍒
2️⃣ Prepare the dough: Beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs one by one and add the vanilla and citrus zest. Then, sift the flour with the spices and cocoa.
3️⃣ Incorporate the fruits: Add the macerated fruits to the mixture and pour everything into a floured mold. 🥄🍇
4️⃣ Bake: At 180°C for 1 hour or until the toothpick comes out clean. ⏳

Cotton Mouth 🍰✨

👵🏼Ingredients👵🏼

• Maria type cookies
• 2 cups of condensed milk
• 2 cups of evaporated milk
• 1 cup of milk cream
• 1/2 cup of sugar
• 1 tbsp. vanilla
• 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin

👵🏼Instructions👵🏼

1. Cookie base: Place a layer of cookies on the bottom of a mold.
2. Mix: In a blender, mix the condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla. Dissolve the gelatin in warm water and add it to the mixture.
3. Assembly: Pour the mixture over the cookies. Place another layer of cookies on top.

• 3 cups of all-purpose flour
• 2 cups of sugar

• 1 cup of milk
• 4 eggs (separated)
• 4 tsp. baking powder

• 1 tsp. whiskey
• 1/2 tsp. salt

1️⃣ Preheat: Oven at 180°C. Grease and flour a cake pan.

2️⃣ Mix: Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy. Add the egg yolks, vanilla and whiskey, mixing well.

3️⃣ Dry: Sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Add this mixture to the dough, alternating with the milk.

4️⃣ Whites: Beat the egg whites until they are stiff and gently incorporate them into the dough.

Banana Bread with Cream Cheese Heart 🍌💛

👵🏼Ingredients👵🏼

• 1 ½ cups of flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• ½ cup butter
• 1 cup of sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 ripe bananas, mashed
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 4 oz cream cheese

👵🏼Preparation👵🏼

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mold.
2. Mix flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Separately, beat butter and sugar, add the eggs and vanilla.
3. Add mashed bananas and sour cream. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese.
4. Assemble the bread: Pour half of the dough into the mold, place the cream cheese in the center and cover with the remaining dough.
5. Bake for 60-70 min. Let cool and enjoy the delicious creamy center!

Chocolate bundt cake with cheesecake filling! 🍫

INGREDIENTS (For a 24cm bundt pan)
FOR THE CHOCOLATE MASS
200 g finely chopped dark chocolate couverture
150 g soft butter
220g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
4 eggs (size M)
325 g wheat flour (Type 405)
1 pack of baking powder
55 g baking cocoa
4 tbsp milk
100g cream

FOR THE CHEESECAKE FILLING
500 g quark (20% fat)
1 pack of vanilla pudding powder
130g sugar
2 eggs (size M)
1 tsp vanilla extract

ASIDE FROM THAT
200 g dark chocolate icing

PREPARATION
1st step
Melt the chopped couverture over a water bath and add the butter. Pour into a mixing bowl and stir with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with baking powder and cocoa powder and sift. Gradually stir into the dough. Add the milk, pour ⅔ of the chocolate dough into a Bundt cake tin (approx. Ø 24 cm) and spread it up the edges.

2nd step
For the cheesecake mixture, mix the sugar with the vanilla pudding powder, vanilla extract and the 2 eggs until smooth and stir in the quark. Pour the mixture into the cavity.

3rd step
Preheat oven to 170 degrees (fan oven: 150 degrees). Stir the liquid cream into the remaining chocolate dough. Pour the dough onto the cheesecake mixture and bake the cake in the preheated oven for approx. 55-60 minutes. Let the cake cool and turn it out onto a cake plate.

4th step
Melt the chocolate icing according to the instructions and generously spread it over the chocolate and cheese bundt cake.

1. Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8” pan.
2. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Combine and add cranberries.
3. Pour into the mold.
4. Prepare the crumble and sprinkle it on the dough.
5. Bake 35-40 min. Let cool.
6. Frosting: Mix and drizzle over cooled cake.

Caramel Brownie Cheesecake 🍫 🍮

Ingredients:

For the Brownie Crust:
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)

For the Cheesecake Topping:
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream

For the Caramel Topping:
1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped brownies or chocolate chunks

Instructions:

Make the Brownie Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
Pour brownie batter into prepared springform pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until brownie is set but still slightly soft in the center.

Remove from oven and let brownie crust cool slightly.

Make cheesecake filling:
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream until fully combined.
Pour cheesecake batter over cooled brownie crust.

Bake cheesecake:
Bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until center is set and edges are lightly browned.
Turn oven off, crack oven door, and let cheesecake cool in oven for 1 hour.
Next, remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
