I have worked so hard to make sure that I regain myself
out of the dungeons of life and entertainment
frustrations for the past years. All in the effort of getting
work done to give you the best in know.

Today I woke up to get notified that my latest song
which was on YouTube with a visualiser was strriked by
a copyright claim by Caroline Marezva the lady I featured
on the song. Her claim is that she now owns the song
and the video knowing the truth of the matter that she
only featured upon her interest to be on the song.

I wrote the song years ago, recorded it at Myoozika
Music after signing a contract with them, met her later
during the year and she was eager to feature on the song
and I chose to put her on the song to help her start her
career. An unfortunate event happened that led to the
studio closing down.

We recorded the visualiser and finalised the song in time
to publish it, after months of preparations and
organising, we released the song and the visualiser. Her
claim on the song is that she now owns it after getting
involved on the video.

My understanding is that she is working with other
people in this, trying to kill what they didn't start. I'm
moving forward in pursuing legal action as I still have all
the contracts I signed with Myoozika Music before she
even showed up in my life. In the meantime I will be
sharing with you the song in audio whilst I finalise
everything.
