ENJOYING THE COMPANY OF OUR MONKEY FRIENDS AT CAMPSITES

Monkeys and baboons play an integral part in keeping the ecosystem going. Without them there will be fewer forests and wildflowers, large parts of the ecosystem will simply collapse. Out in nature they are enjoyable to watch and make our camping experience so much more eventful. Follow the link to read the article. Picture: pexels-tamuka-xulu-13692438

GO CAMPING! IT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

Since I can remember I enjoyed camping. My first camping expedition was in my grandmother’s backyard and from there on it slowly progressed to hiking trips culminating in one of the most epic hikes that you can do in Southern Africa, the Fish River Canyon. Now that I am older, I prefer solo camping trips in the bushveld where I can sit, relax, read a book and just spend time alone with nature. Follow the link to read the article.
