Xolani Tshepo Malapane, better known as Kada, is a talented musician, songwriter and performer from Mhluzi, Middelburg, who's been making waves in the music scene with his unique sound. To be honest, his music is pretty awesome - it's a unique blend of Hip hop/ Rap, House Music, R&B, Kwaito and Pop, which is relatable and authentic. On a more formal note, Kada's discography is impressive and serves as a testament to his dedication and passion for his art, with 7 EPs under his belt, He is definitely making a name for himself in the music industry. His sound is deeply personal, authentic and relatable, drawing inspiration from his own life experiences and is subtly influenced by the likes of J Cole, Kwesta, Zola, K.O, HHP, Khuli Chana, to name a few. Anyway, enough about the formal stuff - Kada's debut album, "Congratulations", is coming soon, and it's shaping up to be an exciting release. With his authentic and relatable sound, Xolani is definitely an artist to watch, and we're looking forward to seeing what he has in store for us.
