Tourism Minister Patricia De Lille and Deputy Minister Fish Mahlalela together with the Mpumalanga Police Commissioner, Lieutenant General Semakaleng Manamela and the CEO of the Mpumalanga Parks and Tourism Agency, Mr Mduduzi Vilakazi and other tourism stakeholders launched the start of the national deployment of 2,300 new Tourism Monitors. These monitors will be placed at strategic ports of entry, national parks and other attractions to assist with tourism and safety related information and matters.
