The lawyer for the woman who claims that she was s*xually assaulted by JayZ when she was only 13yrs old said that JayZ tried to silence his client. He said JayZ had previously tried to sue him and his firm under a fake name and then denied it was him. A demand letter on behalf of the alleged victim was sent to JayZ’s lawyer, the victim never demanded any money from him. What she was asking for was a confidential mediation. Since he sent the letter on his client’s behalf, JayZ has tried to sue him, bully and harass him and his client. He says his client is not backing down. He says the allegations in the complaint filed will speak for itself and the facts will be litigated in court, not in the media.

A 13yr old girl in New York City was hoping to get into the MTV Music Awards without a ticket. Her lawsuit says she was picked up by Diddy's limo driver who invited her to Diddy's Afterparty where she says she was offered a drink. She says she was trying to talk with the celebrities at the party when she started feeling dizzy after sipping on the drink. She went into a room to lay down where there was a big bed. She says Diddy and Jayz came in and r***d her while a female celebrity was in the room and witnessed the assault. The female celebrity's name will be revealed soon.

No bail for Sean “Diddy” Combs who was denied bail and taken into custody Tuesday after pleading not guilty in federal court to charges of racketeering conspiracy and s*x trafficking and he will remain in jail until his trial date.

Prosecutors argued the music mogul should not be released because he had previously reached out to witnesses and victims.

About the indictment: Prosecutors allege Combs created and ran a “criminal enterprise” through his business empire that engaged in crimes including s*x trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice, according to the federal indictment.

Diddy allegedly solicited females into his mansion for freak offs. PYTHON SWALLOWS WOMAN IN INDONESIA

- Farida, a mother of four, had gone missing and was later found fully clothed inside the reticulated python after its stomach was cut open

Indonesia - Agence France-Presse | A woman has been found dead inside the belly of a snake after it swallowed her whole in central Indonesia, a local official said on Saturday.

The husband of 45-year-old Farida and residents of Kalempang village in South Sulawesi province discovered her on Friday inside the reticulated python, which measured around five metres (16 feet).

The mother of four had gone missing on Thursday night and failed to return home, forcing a search effort, village head Suardi Rosi said. Her husband “found her belongings ... which made him suspicious. The villagers then searched the area. They soon spotted a python with a large belly”, Suardi said.

“They agreed to cut open the python’s stomach. As soon as they did, Farida’s head was immediately visible.” Farida was found fully clothed inside the snake.

Such incidents are considered extremely rare, but several people have died in Indonesia in recent years after being swallowed whole by pythons.
