Walking down a dry river bed photographing Ellies in the Distance and looking at the tracks of male lion that kept us awake until the early hours of the morning.

There really is no place like Mama Africa and I am so grateful for every adventure on this magnificent continent.
(I am sure this river bed currently does not look anything like this after all the heavy rains.)

Getting the camp fire on the go.
This is such a special place, we navigated up the kiri river by boat until we found a spot we were happy with.
We didn’t see anyone for the few days we were there it was absolutely incredible.
