Another hustle idea for the people with extra cash:

Create a stockvel whereby you and 9 friends each contribute R5000.(pm)

10 x R5000 = R50 000

That's R50 000 per month, R600 000 per year.

Proceed to buy land for R250 000 in the hood (I don't know why land is so expensive in the hood) but continue saving for another year and half.

You should have approximately R1 250 000 excluding interest.

Now the plan starts:

Build bachelor units approx 20 of them.

Rent each one out for R2500 rental per month that's R50 000 month in our account.

R40 000 after rates and water. You can save R90 000(R50 000 + R40 000) monthly now and continue the same process till you eventually all millionaires in 5 or 6yrs.

That way you can probably hire your own kids to run the business and expand it better with their fresh new ideas.

That's the power of a stockvel. Instead of stockvel for food. We can have business stockvels.

Or maybe buy busses or trucks in the stockvel. Open supermakets stockvel. A STOCKVEL could change your life
