Congratulations to the Music Business Masterclass Graduates.

SAMRO, in partnership with the Academy of Sound Engineering (ASE), celebrates the graduation of the twenty (20) exceptional recipients of the inaugural Music Business Masterclass (MBM) bursaries.

Launched on 22 April 2024, this innovative programme has equipped participants with invaluable insights and skills essential for thriving in the ever-evolving music industry.

This evening, the graduates will be recognised at a ceremony celebrating their new qualifications, held at the Academy of Sound Engineering in Auckland Park, Johannesburg.

Through SAMRO's Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiative, the MBM programme provided a comprehensive curriculum covering crucial topics such as copyright laws, royalty streams, contracts, and emerging industry trends. The graduates are now better prepared to navigate the complexities of the music business and seize new opportunities.
