Schools are about to start, so please sit down with your child for 5 minutes and explain that being very tall, short, chubby, skinny, black or white is no joke. That there is nothing wrong with wearing the same shoes every day. Explain to them that a used backpack carries the same dreams as a new one. Teach them not to exclude someone because they are “different” or do not have the same opportunities as others. Explain that teasing hurts...and that they go to school to LEARN, NOT to compete.

spirituality

Because *AT SCHOOL* teachers should teach: ■ Mathematics ■ History ■ Geography ■ Science ■ Chemistry ■ Physics ■ Biology ■ Philosophy ■ Sociology ■ Physical education ■ Art... And only reinforce what the student has learned *AT HOME*!!!
Because it is from what we have learned *AT HOME* that the individual will be respected, that he will respect life❤️🙏🏾

My first son was born cripple. Everyone mocked me, and I laughed. Why? They did not know every problem has a time limit.

The day my wife gave birth to our second child, her nurse asked me, “That your son, is he still cripple?” I said, “Yes, Madam”. And she said, “You are the biggest idiot in Nigeria. If God heals, why can’t He start from your house?”

I said, “Madam, having turned your mouth into a basket mouth, he will start now.” “Father what do I do?” God said, “Move from song to song; raise a song unto me. I will take over your struggle from you.”

As I was singing, the boy fell under the anointing and slept off, woke up and said to me, “Daddy, angels were here. They have strengthened my bones and my legs. I can now walk, dance, and run. And I said, “Please, demonstrate for me”.

I went to the hospital and told the nurse and my wife that the cripple boy was walking. My wife said, "Remember you are a Reverend with Assemblies of God Church and you are not supposed to lie."

When I insisted, she said that if she got home and it was true, she would give me a goat. We got home and the boy ran to meet her. My wife fainted. I said to her, "Madam, you didn't promised me fainting; you promised me a goat. Please stand up and give me my goat." She thought I was joking.

'Promise and fail' is a sin and I don't want her to go to hell. I drove my car to her father's house. I narrated everything to her father and protested that her father must produce the goat on her behalf. My father in-law looked at me and said, "Uma, you are too troublesome." I said, "No Sir. Can I have the goat?" He went to his animal house and a brought me the biggest goat there.

I don't know the situation around your life that has attracted mockery. From today, God shall turn your mockery into miracle, your shame onto fame and your disgrace into unusual grace!

I can relate to this through the experience of my uncle, who has been living alone since 2016 after his wife left for Germany. Her initial reason was to assist their daughter, who had just given birth. However, the situation has dragged on, as the daughter has since had two more children, yet my uncle’s wife has not seen the need to return to her husband.*

*About two years ago, my uncle asked me to talk to his wife about returning home. During our conversation, I was shocked by her response. She bluntly said, “Your uncle should go and carry the women he used to carry when he was younger.” It became clear that her decision to* *stay away was intentional. She knows her husband is now old, weak, and unable to pursue other women or manage much on his own, as he relies solely on his pension and the small support sent by their children.*

*When I pressed further, she revealed her perspective: she claimed my uncle used to threaten her with the idea of taking a second wife and had maltreated her during their younger years. I couldn’t help but ask if this was some form of revenge. Her words left me wondering if some women patiently wait until old age to settle scores, knowing that their husbands are now vulnerable.*

*This story reflects a broader reality: old age often seems to favor women more than men. Many men who once held control in their prime find themselves at the mercy of their wives and children when they grow older. This dynamic is worsened when men fail to secure a solid foundation for their later years.*

*My advice to men is this: Plan for your old age. Build a support system independent of anyone, whether it’s financial stability, meaningful relationships, or a reliable community. Avoid relying solely on your wife or children, as situations can change. A secure and well-thought-out plan for your later years can ensure that no one—neither a spouse nor your children—will take you for granted when you are most vulnerable.*
