[MAKING STORIES] - Economic Freedom Fighter (EFF) leader Julius Malema says uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) party leader Jacob Zuma is inviting him to a fight and he is not scared of the former president.
Malema’s embattled party has been hit with a leadership exodus, with big names, including Floyd Shivambu, Mzwanele Manyi, Busisiwe Mkhwebane and Dali Mpofu, crossing over to Zuma’s MK party, with more departures rumored.
“I can’t be threatened by Zuma. I defeated Zuma, Jacob Zuma thought he buried me, he expelled me from the ANC for comparing him with Thabo Mbeki, for saying there is a regime change which happened in Botswana. I was expelled from the ANC by Zuma and Ramaphosa was used as an instrument,” Malema said.
“He is inviting me back to fight with him and I’ll do it and I will do it with ease. I’m not scared of Zuma or all of his people who are working with him. There’s no way anyone is going to threaten the existence of the EFF and that person becomes a friend, it would be a lie. #khdnews #homeofthevoiceless #connectwithus
What are your thoughts?💬 🤔
Residents of Khuma near Klerksdorp in the North West have urged government to assist them in the rescue of suspected illegal miners who are trapped underground.
Minister in the Presidency Khumbudzo Ntshavheni says the state will not be sending any help to retrieve the trapped illegal miners in Stilfontein in the North West. Ntshavheni told the media on Wednesday: “We will smoke them out.”
What do you think should happen to the over 4000 trapped illegal miners, are you in support of this method to 'smoke' them out by denying them access to water and food?
● This is good , we need to turn up the heat on zama zamas
● Government must assist them and not let them die
● Community members must also be held accountable for trying to help them.
● I honestly do not care what happens to them, they must pay the price
● We need to see more operations like this
