His love for pairing artists with songs to suit their style and characters as well as assisting in finding their niche has been a working formula since he came on the scene. After finishing his Contemporary Music Course at the National School Of The Arts in Johannesburg in 2005,he teamed up with Kabelo Mabalane (Bouga Luv) who at the time was in the process of putting together a Kwaito group c
alled ''Black Jack'' consisting of Howza, Gurash and himself. Chase composed and produced three songs on the album,two of the songs went on to becoming the hot singles on the album ''Amajeketje'' and Good Life''. These tracks were also play listed on high rotation all over radio and tv. From this moment on, Chase went on to meet a whole lot of other musicians, bands and dj's,which he later produced hits for, these includes the likes of Denim, DJ Ganyani and Thembi Seete but to name a few. Chase then realised the gap we have in the South African music industry, the lack of A&R's, artist's managers end up playing a lot of roles in a musician's life to the point where they end up not getting it right. That's when he decided to try this amazing formula of having an artist in mind when creating a new song, the whole creative process works like magic, and it keeps him grounded and motivated throughout the making of the track,from beginning to end.
